This homework is not mandatory. You can use this week to complete missed assignments, do this extra assignment, or just go crazy.
This week we'll be focusing on government and politics. There are 6 Public Office positions in each city. These are Mayor, Treasurer, Vice Mayor, Chief of Police, Deputy Chief of Police, and Chief Justice. Each position hold certain responsibilities.
I want each of you to choose a position you'd like to run for. You'll need to write a campaign speech convincing enough to get you elected. A slogan or campaign poster may also prove beneficial.
Now, if you'd like to further expand this week, you can tell me which city you'd run in, which laws, if any, that you'd change, and whom you'd appoint to certain public offices.
