questa canzone parla di una donna terrorizzata dall'idea della propria morte che ricorre insistentemente alla chirurgia estetica e dopo aver provato tutte le cliniche di bellezza del mondo si lascia attrarre dalle promesse di un sedicente guru-santone-chirurgo filippino che le assicura l'eterna giovinezza ma qualcosa va male durante l'operazione e la donna si ritrova ad essere un mostro gigante alto 40 metri che si aggira urlante per tutto l'oriente abbattendo Manila Singapore e Shanghai ma quando tenta di attraversare il mare del Giappone (questo sconosciuto) viene fermata da un kamikaze che la fa esplodere ma la deflagrazione causa uno tsunami che fa ancora più danni del mostrone e così tutta l'Asia ce l'ha un po' coi giapponesi ma pazienza...
