Update From The Road
I might be 91, but my body must be dyslexic,
because I feel like I'm freakin' 19 years old again!
Most men of my age are eagerly anticipating the early bird special,
and going to bed while the birds are still singing outside their window.
Me? I'm inspired to tour the globe, creating fresh new music, making new
fans who are a quarter of my age and younger! I feel energized!
I feel unstoppable! I'm ready to grab that brass ring, whatever that means!
My only concern is about my beautiful & talented young bride, Bailee.
I may have met my match in the bedroom, but she's not used to the harsh
life of a touring musician, and our rigorous schedule is starting to literally
wear her out! I worry about her. I love her.
She's my best friend and my battery pack. She's the one who motivates me.
She's the one who encouraged me, and made me believe I could do this
again. She's the one. The only fan that I care about impressing.
I'm going to the top, and she's coming with me! ...I can't do it without her.
