🐉⚽🐉...The fall one step away from Paradise...🐉⚽🐉
And now the world will say that Shanghai wasn't up to the level of the final they reached.
They'll say that the miraculous comeback we pulled off in the Blomdahl Conference was in vain to regain the first place we so desired.
A marvelous run of five consecutive victories that allowed us to reach a milestone never achieved before.
And perhaps some looked at today's result with a venomous sneer of satisfaction.
But no one knows that this jersey can become a second skin that none of us would give up.
For the World Cup in South Africa, for citizenship reasons, I might have been forced to look for other players willing to defend the colors of the city of Shanghai.
But I didn't want anyone else, I wanted THEM, my teammates, my brothers and sisters with whom we shared happy moments and resounding defeats.
And none of them hesitated to ask for citizenship just to be together again.
Today the Dragon's wings were wounded, but no one will ever stop him from flying.
