hello heaven, hello
When in doubt, beach it out. Don't know why, but the ocean has always had a calming effect. Something about the steady pace of the waves and the quietness out there. Quite contradictory since I am starting to have to accept that one of my main issues is being alone with nothing but the thoughts in my head.
Don't know why, but the ocean always fixed that. No matter how bad it got.
And gosh, does it feel rough this time.
But I swear to God I'll survive. If it kills me to, I'm gonna get up and try.
