This is a privately owned company. It's entirely controlled by the shareholders and the shareholder they've appointed company president.
Note from the Management
Through this company, we (club owners) intend to help each other. Whenever we need an invite and our clubs are fully booked, or we need an invite to play at a city in which we don't have any club, we can request them here and some other club will take care of it.
This company is not meant for bands asking for invites, but for clubs which can't fullfill the band's request, either for not having a club int he city, or for having it fully booked.
