Officers can't investigate evidence, that hasn't been possible since P1 was closed. Only RoboCop works and it only arrests criminals, nothing else.

Unfortunately nothing. Does (= non-playing characters) are the ones who steal our money. The more cash you carry with you, the more gets stolen. Keep your money in your bank account!
