The Plot Thickens
Like some kind of weird soap opera plot-twist,
my younger sister Elyssa, has suddenly re-emerged from oblivion. *Yawn*
I though she was dead, but NO! She had to come back to cramp my style!
I call her my sister, but I was adopted, so we're not really blood, ya feel me?
I miss my mom, and I love my dad, but I always felt like they treated Elyssa
just a little bit better than me. ...scratch that... maybe A LOT better than me!
They put her on a damn pedestal!!! Dance class. Pageants. Birthday parties
at a McDonalds that had a play area! ...Braces to fix her crooked teeth.
I had to do chores, wash dishes, and take out the garbage. My only special
treatment was just having a roof over my head, and a warm meal in my
tummy. ...but pfffftt!. Whatever! I'm not bitter. And I'm certainly not jealous!
I'm not mad at my sister. It's not her fault she was treated better than me.
I just wonder why she had to re-emerge NOW of all times. When everything
in my life is amazing. I'm so happy. I wonder how she's gonna fuck it up.
I love her, 'cause we grew up together as children, but I don't trust her!
