Bulls (and teddy bears) in Festival!

So there we were. Bulls in Brooklyn stepping onto the final-round stage with approximately zero chances of winning and approximately one thousand percent chances of having the time of our lives. That's my favorite ratio 🤠

The real magic, though? Looking out and seeing what was basically my entire family tree squeezed into the audience. To see so many friends and family out there cheering for us is such an amazing feeling that I can't really explain in words.

Iris and London were bouncing like caffeinated kangaroos and making dad and Brook go crazy in the crowd. And Cove, my honorary brother and drinking buddy. He had Autumn on his shoulders, both of them screaming like we'd already won. Autumn brought her entire family too, who showed their support by pelting the stage with teddy bears. I've never been so loved or so violently plush-attacked 😛

So yeah, we didn't win the Festival. But surrounded by the people I love, doing what I love, with teddy bears flying and beer waiting backstage? Felt like a win to me. Thank you everyone that made this day feel so special!
