Would you like to know a secret, lovers? I love it when people buy me things. They don’t need to be expensive; it’s always more about the thought than the money, for me. Some small token that shows someone is thinking of me means more than almost anything.

But you know what I love most? I love that I can buy myself whatever I want, whenever I want. Because as great as all gifts are, the ones that mean the most are the ones I treat myself to.

I must have been a very good girl lately, because today I really spoiled myself. I love Rio, but I could do without the crowd. The solution was simple (but very expensive). Another city, another home. Sitting out on the veranda the view looks so much better when it’s all mine.

It separates me from the chaos that surrounds Big Bang, but that isn’t always a bad thing.
