Even this piece of land was wasteland not long ago but now after some funding from the city it has become a reality. District 16 has become a blooming sector for trading, a place for gossip and a district known for its struggle against the growing city, urbanization and industrialization. District 16 holds no political power and remains as a neutral territory.
