Built by the Washingtons in the late 1850s, the manor has been home to generations of first-born Washington and his family, an heir to a multi-billion business; the wealth was first gathered owning all of the coal mines in the Coal Region that stretched across the Appalachian Mountains from the Northern Pennsylvania; later turned into land development company that now owns a long list of the most expensive land and buildings around the world.
